R. Kenyatta Punter & Associates, Inc. currently operates its office with a staff compliment of six (6) employees and ten (10) real estate salespersons which includes two principals, one property manager, office manager, a superintendent and a porter.
Our system of supervising the ongoing maintenance and operations of your real estate asset is to refer all maintenance requests to a building Superintendent who will respond immediately to emergencies and within 24 hours to routine service requirements. Tenants reporting a service need to our management office will be greeted by courteous and prompt staff. All tenant reports are logged in to our central reporting system producing a work order unit/ area specific that will acted upon by the superintendent. Upon investigation if the superintendent determines that the job requires a licensed tradesperson (i.e. Plumber, Electrician, Boiler Mechanic, ect…) the Property Manager will confirm the next available appointment at the tenant’s convenience. Of the service call constitutes an emergency repair (i.e. No Heat or Hot Water), a licensed tradesperson will be sent within 8 hours. Tenants will receive a customer service call and a letter to ascertain their satisfaction.
